Frustrating week

I'm just going to pretend that this past week in Life Drawing didn't happen. I started one drawing and hated it so I scrapped it after the first day. The last three days I attempted another composition but in the end after trying to save it, I still hate it. I took pictures to put it up on here but the more I looked at it the more I didn't want to look at it anymore. So, I'm not putting it up.

These two are paintings I did this past week in Figure Painting. They are presented in the order I painted them. I've always considered circles tacky as painting surfaces, but I saw some done by Euan Uglow and I thought they were amazing. I decided to try it out and fortunately I got the perfect spot for this pose. I really enjoy the geometry of the piece. I just realized it's in the shape of a peace sign.
